
A potentially new type of society, known as a network (information) society, is presented. Foreign and domestic experience of studying the interaction of society on the Internet with the help of new network technologies is considered. The main features of the policy in the conditions of network public participation are revealed.
Представлен потенциально новый тип общества, известный как сетевое (информационное). Рассмотрены иностранный и отечественный опыт исследования взаимодействия общества в Интернете при помощи новых сетевых технологий. Выявлены основные возможности политики в условиях сетевого общественного участия.
