
The article is devoted to the actual topic - the study of the prospects of development of the knowledge exchange process in professional online groups in order to identify the benefits of obtaining knowledge through the Internet. The necessity of studying and research of this type of communities taking into account the Informatization of society and the growth of Internet users as a promising direction for sociology, allowing to look at the modern group interactions of professionals in various fields.
