Abstract

В статье рассматриваются взгляды и подходы разных авторов на основные принципы оценки инвестиционных проектов. В современных бизнес-реалиях оценка эффективности инвестиций играет важную роль в планировании и прогнозировании различных бизнес-идей, так как позволяет инвесторам принимать взвешенные решения о распределении инвестиционного капитала для дальнейшей максимизации собственной прибыли.

The article discusses the basic principles of evaluating investments and investment projects. In modern business realities, assessing the effectiveness of investments is a fundamental point for planning and forecasting various business investments, as it allows investors to make informed decisions about the allocation of capital and maximizing their own profits.
