Abstract

Эмоционально-личностное благополучие сотрудника играет важную роль при выполнении любого вида деятельности, но особенно — деятельности экстремального профиля. Для специалистов силовых ведомств, чья профессиональная деятельность характеризуется наличием мощных стрессогенных факторов, эмоционально-личностное благополучие является одним из предикторов ее эффективности, поскольку тесно связано с их психологическими особенностями и профессионально важными качествами. В статье представлены результаты исследования эмоционально-личностного благополучия спасателей, а также психологических качеств эмоционального, поведенческого и личностного регистра.

Emotionally-personal well-being of an offi cer is of vital importance considering any kind of activity especially when one deal with extreme situations. Speaking about law enforcement experts, who are constantly under powerful stress, emotional and personal well-being is one of the predictors of their effectiveness, since it is closely linked to their psychological characteristics and professionally important qualities. This article presents the results of the study of emotional and personal well-being of lifeguards, as well as the psychological qualities of personal, emotional and behavioral registry.
