The article introduces methodology and algorithm of comparative pair evaluation of the variants of management system of corporate structures with state share. The principles of creation of state-private partnerships through consolidation of state shares of controlling or blocking holding of stock and private capital of joint stock companies to the integrated structures of a totally new kind are stated in the article.

В работе представлены методика и алгоритм сравнительной парной оценки вариантов системы управления корпоративными структурами с государственным участием. Изложены принципы создания государственно-частного партнерства через объединение государственных долей контрольных или блокирующих пакетов акций предприятий и частного капитала акционерных обществ в интегрированные структуры принципиально нового типа.
