Abstract

In recent years, management companies in the Russian Federation have faced a number of problems related to changing economic conditions in the country: demand for services has decreased, competition has intensified. This article discusses some of the main problems that Russian management companies are facing today and suggests possible ways to solve them.

В последние годы управляющие компании в РФ столкнулись с рядом проблем, связанных с изменениями экономических условий в стране: снизился спрос на услуги, усилилась конкуренция. В этой статье рассмотрены некоторые из основных проблем, с которыми сегодня сталкиваются российские управляющие компании, и предложены возможные пути их решения.
