Влияние индивидуально-типологических особенностей на развитие произвольной саморегуляции спортсменов‑тхэквондистов

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to research the influence of individual typological features on the development of arbitrary self-regulation of taekwondo athletes. The level of development of the taekwondo practitioners’ voluntary self-regulation was also determined, and a portrait of the athletes’ personal characteristics was compiled.

Цель исследования заключалась в изучении влияния индивидуально-типологических особенностей на развитие произвольной саморегуляции спортсменов‑тхэквондистов. Также был определен уровень развития произвольной саморегуляции тхэквондистов и составлен портрет личностных особенностей спортсменов.
