Abstract

Девелопмент является современной формой инвестирования в строительной отрасли. Целью данной статьи является исследование перспективности данной сферы в современной России. Проведен статистический анализ данных о динамике ввода в эксплуатацию объектов жилого фонда Российской Федерации за последние десятилетия, а также отражены основные изменения на рынке недвижимости, связанные с принятым законодательством.

Development is a modern form of investment in the construction industry. The purpose of this article is to study the prospects of this area in modern Russia. This article includes a statistical analysis of the commissioning real estate in Russian Federation, using data of the Federal State Statistics Service, and also reflects the main changes in the real estate market related to the adopted legislation.
