Abstract

В статье показано изменение структуры и свойств аддитивной заготовки из никелевого коррозионностойкого сплава после проведения термической обработки. Показано, что закалка привела к более равномерному распределению химических элементов в материале. Если же в аддитивной заготовке наблюдалось изменение контактного модуля Юнга по мере удаления от подложки, то в закалённом состоянии такой тенденции не обнаружено. Испытания на растяжение не показали существенных отличий в прочностных характеристиках образцов материала в различных состояниях.

The article shows the change in the structure and properties of an additive billet made of nickel corrosion-resistant alloy after heat treatment. It is shown that quenching led to a uniform distribution of chemical elements in the material. In the additive billet, a change in the Young contact modulus was observed as it moved away from the base plate. In the heat treatment state, such a trend was not observed. Tensile tests did not show significant differences in the strength characteristics of the material samples in various states.
