Abstract

В статье анализируется нормативно-правовое регулирование процесса цифровизации в Республике Ирак, дается ему доктринальная оценка. Цель исследования – выявление основных характеристик этого процесса, установление пробелов нормативно-правового регулирования. Использование сравнительно-правового метода исследования позволяет обозначить некоторые ниши для заимствования передовых практик законодательства Российской Федерации. Основной вывод исследования состоит в комплексности реформирования законодательства Республики Ирак в целях быстрого внедрения цифровых технологий.

The article analyzes the legal regulation of the digitalization process in the Republic of Iraq and gives it a doctrinal assessment. The purpose of the study is to identify the main characteristics of this process, to establish gaps in legal regulation. The use of the comparative legal method of research allows us to identify some niches for borrowing advanced practices of the legislation of the Russian Federation. The main conclusion of the study is the complexity of reforming the legislation of the Republic of Iraq to quickly implement digital technologies.
