Abstract

The research is devoted to a comparative linguocultural study of Russian and Chinese representations about physical male strength reflected in phraseological units. With the help of classification according to the source areas of metaphorical images their universal characteristics as well as national specificity are revealed. The analysis of the material is carried out taking into account the opposition «strength – weakness».

Исследование посвящено сопоставительному лингвокультурологическому изучению русских и китайских представлений о мужской силе, отраженных во фразеологизмах. С помощью классификации по сферам источникам метафорических образов выявляются их универсальные характеристики и национальная специфика. Анализ материала проводится с учетом оппозиции «сила – слабость».
