Abstract

During the period of quarantine restrictions, digitalization of all spheres of society's life is a key factor in minimizing losses. Business transformation companies are today able to maintain an acceptable level of production and maintain a position in the market. The demand and relevance of effective digital transformation activities are growing rapidly. Even companies that traditionally provide offline services are trying to adapt their services to the conditions of the new reality. Despite the devastating impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the economic sphere, for its digital component, the virus is more likely to become positive elements than negative ones. The key objective of the article is to identify a set of effective measures to optimize personnel activities during the fight against COVID-19 and the digitalization tools used in this process. The results of a survey on the problems that arise in companies during a pandemic, the results of a survey of employers on the need to adapt personnel after the end of quarantine, and statistical data on the catering industry are presented. The data obtained during the research are analyzed to determine the content of the adaptation program.
