Abstract

The interaction of subjects of the labor-market serves as a social protection for graduates and helps to solve the issues of enterprises’ recruitment by qualified specialists. This opens up addition-al opportunities to enhance the employability of graduates. Constructive interaction with the subjects of the labor-market (social partners) gives the possibility of graduates employability enhancing.

Взаимодействие субъектов рынка труда служит социальной защитой выпускника и помогает решать вопросы комплектования предприятий квалифицированными специалистами. Это открывает дополнительные возможности для повышения востребованности выпускников. Конструктивное взаимодействие с субъектами рынка труда (социальными партнерами) дает возможность повышения востребованности выпускников.
