Abstract

В данной статье анализируется нормативно-правовая база, которая обеспечивает реализацию инклюзивного образования на территории Российской Федерации. Автором предложено рассмотреть принципы российского законодательства в области инклюзивного образования в сравнении с принципами международного законодательства, чтобы выявить существующие проблемы, которые могут препятствовать успешному внедрению инклюзии в российское образование.

This article analyzes the legislation that ensures the implementation of inclusive education in the Russian Federation. The author proposes to consider the principles of Russian legislation in the field of inclusive education in comparison with the principles of international law in order to identify the existing problems that may impede the successful implementation of inclusion in Russian education.
