Abstract

This article explores the evolution of China’s international communication from the establishment of the PRC to the present day. The ruling Communist Party of China (CPC) has consistently emphasized the importance of international communication. Over the years, this focus has manifested in various forms, including foreign policy propaganda, international and strategic communication.
