Abstract

Данная статья посвящена рассмотрению дефиниции «маркетинг персонала», в частности, его разграничении на внутренний и внешний маркетинг персонала, представлены инструменты digital- маркетинга, а также их возможное использование в сфере внутреннего маркетинга персонала.

This article presents the definition “personnel marketing”, “the internal personnel marketing” and “the external personnel marketing”. There are some tools of digital marketing and possible using in the field of the internal personnel marketing.
