Правовое положение спецпереселенцев в Северном Казахстане в 30–40-х годах ХХ века

Abstract

The article discusses the legal status of the population deported to Northern Kazakhstan in the 30–40s. Twentieth century. Northern Kazakhstan was a kind of transit territory, on which deported ethnic groups were originally located, and later resettled to other regions of the republic. The article shows the essence of the confrontation of special settlers with local authorities as a result of violation of their legal rights and interests.

В статье рассматривается правовой статус депортированного в Северный Казахстан населения в 30–40-х гг. ХХ века. Северный Казахстан представлял собой своеобразную транзитную территорию, на которой первоначально были размещены депортированные этносы, и позднее переселены в другие районы республики. В статье показана сущность конфронтации спецпереселенцев с местными властями вследствие нарушения их законных прав и интересов.
