Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены вопросы правового регулирования самовольных построек, особенности легализации самовольных построек, проведен сравнительно-правовой анализ законодательства различных стран по данному вопросу. Проведен анализ и оценка отечественного законодательства по вопросу самовольного строительства, в том числе выдвинуты некоторые рекомендации отечественному законодателю.

This article discusses the issues of legal regulation of unauthorized buildings, the features of the legalization of unauthorized buildings, a comparative legal analysis of the legislation of various countries on this issue. The analysis and evaluation of the domestic legislation on the issue of unauthorized construction, including some recommendations to the domestic legislator.
