Abstract

Современные реалии вносят свои коррективы в изменение предложения и спроса на рынке кадров. На основании анализа статистической информации, данных рекрутингового портала выявлены наиболее востребованные профессии в металлургической, металлообрабатывающей и машиностроительной отраслях промышленности, изучен уровень заработных плат, как ключевой инструмент стимулирования спроса на рабочее место и создания благоприятных условий для деятельности.

Modern realities are making their own adjustments to the change in supply and demand in the personnel market. Based on the analysis of statistical information, recruiting portal data, the most demanded professions in the metallurgical, metalworking and machine-building industries were identified, the level of wages was studied as a key tool for stimulating demand for a workplace and creating favorable conditions for activity.
