Abstract

Современный ритм изменения законодательства в сфере медиа и многообразие форм и размеров ответственности требует от редакции своевременно разработанной стратегии управления правовыми рисками с учетом особенностей «традиционного» средства массовой информации или «нового медиа».

The modern pace of changes in legislation in the field of media and the variety of forms and sizes of liability require the editorial staff to develop a timely strategy for managing legal risks, taking into account the characteristics of the “traditional” media or “new media”.
