Abstract

According to the fact that Russian companies are interested in entering foreign markets, the question of the development of the world economy becomes relevant. The article analyzes the theoretical basis for strategies that contribute to the expansion of the market. The purpose of the study is to determine the optimal strategies and new foreign markets for Russian companies. Comparative analysis is used to achieve this goal. The most promising strategies are export activities and joint business activities (joint ventures), which allow balancing risks between markets. Latin America and Southeast Asia are the areas that Russian companies should pay attention to. The regions are striving for international cooperation and are developing rapidly. Consequently, these directions allow Russian companies to enter the international level. It is revealed that in the conditions of growing instability caused by the uncertainty of political influence, as well as the impact of technological innovations on employment, companies need to pay more attention to their PR strategy and development paths.
