Abstract

In conditions of high competition for large metallurgical companies, the speed of reaction to market challenges and the speed of introducing new types of products acquire a special role. These processes are reflected in the strategic development programs, but each company has its own approach to achieving the set goals. The article presents an overview and analysis of the approaches of some metallurgical enterprises to the implementation of programs for the development of new types of products and their further promotion.
