Abstract

The article provides an analysis of the legislative and organizational documents of the USSR (in particular, the statutes of universities), which made it possible to establish the basic principles of the work of educational institutions of the Soviet Union and the reaction of the state to the challenges of the time.

В статье приведен анализ законодательных и организационных документов СССР (в частности, уставов университетов), который позволил установить основные принципы работы образовательных учреждений Советского Союза и реакцию государства на вызовы времени.
