The article provides an analysis of law enforcement practice on compliance with the mandatory requirements of the technical regulations TR CU 018/2011 based on the results of the control and supervisory activities of UMTU Rosstandart. The main points that should be paid attention to when applying the technical regulations TR CU 018/2011 are considered. В статье приведен анализ правоприменительной практики по соблюдению обязательных требований технического регламента ТР ТС 018/2011 по результатам контрольно - надзорной деятельности УМТУ Росстандарта. Рассмотрены основные моменты, на которые следует обратить внимание при применении технического регламента ТР ТС 018/2011. Подробно рассматривается процедура оценки соответствия продукции попадающей под действие данного регламента как в форме декларирования так и в форме обязательной сертификации.
