
The article examines the use of Building Information Modeling (ТИМ) technology in the construction industry of Finland, Norway, Denmark. The authors analyze the experience of these countries in implementing ТИМ, the peculiarities of government support for this technology, as well as the influence of this support on its wide acceptance and standardization at the national level.
