Abstract

The paper summarizes the trends caused by educational and professional trajectories of graduates. The success of employment is considered as the goal of changes in the processes of higher education and the university management system. The research revealed the necessity to create conditions for the early start of professional trajectories. Resources of extracurricular educational activities are claimed to be a tool for smoothing out the phenomena of social inequality.
