Abstract

Como parte de la valoración forense de la fibromialgia, resulta fundamental mantener como médicos una visión universal de la misma, tanto de sus variadas manifestaciones clínicas como los mecanismos fisiopatológicos que intervienen en la manifestación y evolución de sus síntomas. Desde esta perspectiva es fundamental reconocer la comorbilidad Psiquiátrica que abarca desde algún grado de deterioro cognitivo hasta diagnósticos de una severidad a veces incapacitante para el enfermo. Como consecuencia el abordaje de este padecimiento tiene un carácter interdisciplinario que no podemos obviar dentro de la determinación de un pronóstico a al par de las condiciones socioambientales que rodean al enfermo. Fibromyalgia as parto of forensic valoration, it is basic for physicians to keep, and universal look of it, as much as its various clinical manifestation, as well to its pathologic mechanism wich deals in its symptoms intensity and evolution. In this view is fundamental recognize its psychiatric comorbility that includes from neurological deterioration up to diagnoses of severe inability. The consecuence is that the boarding of this sickness has to be of the interdisciplinary management, for the determination of a prognosis in the social environment condition of the patient.
