AKINET – Aktive Kundeneinbindung in Innovationsnetzwerke

Abstract

Die Entwicklung vieler innovativer Produkte ist technisch getrieben und unzureichend an den Wünschen, dem Wissen und den Erfahrungen der Kunden orientiert. Dies führt dazu, dass für das Produkt kein ausreichender Markt vorhanden ist. Um in Zukunft Innovationen, die am Markt vorbei entwickelt werden, schon in der Entwicklungsphase zu erkennen und somit zu vermeiden, wurde das Projekt AKINET initiiert. Dessen Ziel besteht nicht nur darin, geeignete Methoden zur Kundeneinbindung in die Produktentwicklung zur Verfügung zu stellen. Auch soll ein Modell des gesamten Innovationsnetzwerks erarbeitet werden, um neben dem Kunden andere entscheidende Akteure und deren Relationen zu identifizieren.
