Förskollärares arbetssätt för att främja barns delaktighet

Abstract

Den här studien syftar till att undersöka förskollärares arbetssätt för att främja barns delaktighet i förskolan. Studiens forskningsansats är kvalitativ med semistrukturerade intervjuer med förskollärare som datainsamlingsmetod. Det insamlade materialet analyserades utifrån Vygotskys sociokulturella teori för att undersöka hur delaktighet kan främjas. Studiens resultat synliggör att förskollärarna har en samsyn på vad begreppet delaktighet i förskolan innebär. Det synliggörs även hur de genom sitt arbetssätt främjar barns delaktighet. Studiens slutsats är för att skapa delaktighet måste förskollärarna tänka på sitt förhållningssätt där barnen ges möjlighet att uttrycka intresse, tankar och idéer.
