Abstract

The following article wants to inform about Open Access and encourage readers to publish their works online on the web. Different methods of publication are represented and the procedure of publishing documents is illustrated taking into account legal aspects. By pointing out the advantages and drawbacks of the respective method of publication the reader shall be assisted in making a decision for the appropriate one.
