What is an oven? It is a technology, and it can be used for different and opposite aims. You can cook the bread in it and the oven can improvehuman life conditions, but it can serve to destroy the same idea of humanity, too. The oven is a kind of technology that do not contains moral purposes, nor it indicates established aims, nor it creates an ethical behaviour. As the oven technology, the information and communication technologies are ethical neutral for a simple reason: they cannot act without human mind. So, it is not possible to assign to them any responsibilities due to a choice. Technologies do not and will not have access to the chance of choose.
