Abstract

В статията е направена съпоставка по няколко основни показателя за активността на феновете и фен-страниците в социалната мрежа "Фейсбук" на водещи банкови институции в България през 2021 г. Изготвен е и сравнителен анализ с някои водещи Фейсбук страници на други организации. На тази база са изведени някои основни изводи и препоръки.
