Abstract

У статті досліджуються соціальні мережі «ProZ.com», «XING», «LinkedIn» та «Город переводчиков» як інформаційний ресурс, зокрема, для перекладача. Основна увага зосереджена на їх функціях та можливостях. Проведено статистичне дослідження щодо гендерної, вікової групи, а також країни, в якій нараховується найбільша кількість користувачів і зроблено відповідні висновки. В статье исследуються социальные сети «ProZ.com», «XING», «LinkedIn» и «Город переводчиков» как информационный ресурс, в особенности, для переводчика. Основное внимание уделено их функциям и возможностям. Проведено статистическое исследование по поводу гендерной и возрастной группы, а также страны, в которой насчитывается наибольшее количество пользователей и сделаны соответствующие выводы. The article deals with social networks «ProZ.com», «XING», «LinkedIn» and «The city of translators» as information resource especially in the work of the translator. Special attention is paid to their functions and possibilities.Gender and age groups, country with the biggest number of users were analyzed.
