Состав конденсатов, образующихся при испарении в вакууме стекол системы As-Se.

Abstract

Досліджено хімічний склад плівок отриманих при термічному випаровуванні у вакуумі стекол As-Se. Виявлено інконгруентний характер випаровування, що пов'язано з особливостями атомної структури стекол і їх розплавів. Експериментально показано ефективність використання методу дискретного термічного випаровування для отримання плівок відтворюваного хмічного складу.
