В статті проведено загальний аналіз енергозберігаючої політики країн ЄС. Досліджено інституційний механізм розробки та впровадження енергозберігаючої політики. Виявлено основні особливості енергозберігаючої політики країн ЄС в сучасних умовах розвитку. Проаналізовано відмінності в формуванні ціни на енергоресурси в країнах ЄС. Сформульовано напрями вдосконалення енергозберігаючої політики в Україні. An analysis of energy saving policies of EU countries in the article was provided. The institutional mechanism of development and implementation of energy saving policy was investigated. The main features of energy saving policy of EU countries in modern conditions of development were revealed. Differences in the formation of energy prices in EU countries were analyzed. The directions of improvement of energy saving policy in Ukraine was formulated. В статье проведен общий анализ энергосберегающей политики стран ЕС. Исследован институциональный механизм разработки и внедрения энергосберегающей политики. Выявлены основные особенности энергосберегающей политики стран ЕС в современных условиях развития. Проанализированы различия в формировании цены на энергоресурсы в странах ЕС. Сформулированы направления совершенствования энергосберегающей политики в Украине.
