Abstract

A study was conducted on the relationship between the dynamics of the volume of gross domestic product and indicators that, from different angles, characterize the possibility of achieving a knowledge economy by a country. The estimation of the time delay of the GDP growth rates and the considered indicators of education and science based on the cross-correlation coefficient is given. The main directions of development in the fields of education, science, material production and management to achieve a high level of knowledge economy are outlined
