Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз та визначені концептуальні засади організації тимбілдингу та стимулювання корпоративних зв’язків у внутрішньому та зовнішньому середовищі. Розглянуті актуальні питання щодо теоретико-прикладних основ івент-послуг і тимбілдинг-заходів. Акцентовано увагу на особливостях організації діяльності івент-агенцій та агентств з організації тимбілдингу, створення бази різноманітних пропозицій тимбілдинг-турів. Визначено складові процесу та етапи процесу командотворення. The article analyzes and defines the conceptual foundations for organizing team building and stimulating corporate relations in the internal and external environment. Actual questions about the theoretical and applied fundamentals of event services and team building activities are considered. Focusing on the organization of activities of event agencies and team building agencies, creating a base of various proposals for team building tours. The components of the process and the stages of the team building process are defined.
