У статті визначено зміст поняття «ризикостійкість підприємства», як здатність забезпечити високий результат діяльності інноваційного підприємства в умовах невизначеності й ризику та здатність адекватно реагувати на зміни внутрішнього і зовнішнього середовища в процесі здійснення інноваційної діяльності. З’ясовано, що інноваційна діяльність, порівняно з іншими видами підприємницької діяльності, має найбільший ступінь ризику. Ризик в інноваційній діяльності визначено як вірогідність втрат, які виникають при інвестуванні фінансових та інших видів ресурсів у виробництво нових товарів та послуг, у розробку нової техніки і технологій, які, можливо, не отримають очікуваного попиту на ринку. Визначено принципи управління ризиками інноваційних підприємств. Запропоновано систему управління ризиками інноваційного підприємства. Розроблено механізм управління ризиками, який подано у вигляді послідовних етапів. Innovative activity is the most sensitive to the influence of both external and internal factors, since it occurs in conditions of uncertainty, which, in turn, is accompanied by risks of innovative activity, the significant impact of which can lead to a decrease in the expected result from the introduction and implementation of innovative ideas or even even, cause bankruptcy of the en- terprise. Therefore, it is extremely important for an innovative enterprise to establish an effective risk management mechanism to ensure its riskiness, which determines the relevance of the chosen topic of research. The purpose of the study is to find out the essence of the risk of the enterprise, to study the risks of an innovative enterprise, to develop a system of risk management of an innovative enterprise. The article defines the content of the concept of "risk resistance of the enterprise" as the ability to provide a high result of the activity of an innovative enterprise in the conditions of uncertainty and risk and the ability to respond adequately to changes in the internal and external environment in the process of innovation. It has been found that innovation, compared to other business activities, has the highest risk. The risk in innovation is defined as the likelihood of losses that arise when investing financial and other resources in the production of new goods and services, in the development of new equipment and technologies, which may not receive the expected demand on the market. The principles of risk management of innovative enterprises are defined, in particular: the principle of resource security, the principle of adequacy, the principle of timeliness, the principle of flexibility, the principle of efficiency. The innovation enterprise risk management system is proposed. The risk management mechanism has been developed, which is presented in the form of consistent stages: risk identification, quality risk assessment, quantitative risk assessment, risks response, and risk monitoring.
