В статье изложены сравнительные результаты исследований динамики качественных и биохимических показателей маслосемян рапса и горчицы сарептской, прошедших и не прошедших послеуборочное дозревание в процессе хранения. The paper presents comparative results of researches of dynamics of qualitative and biochemical parameters of rape and brown mustard oilseeds with and without post-harvest ripening during storage.
