Проанализированы проблемы правового характера, которые могут усилить негативные экономические последствия пандемии. Показана значимость правовой культуры для минимизации экономического ущерба в условиях кризиса. Уточнено понятие правового сознания и определен его компонентный состав, обеспечивающий развитие экономических правовых норм. Legal problems that may increase the negative economic consequences of the pandemic are analyzed. The importance of legal culture for minimizing economic damage in a crisis is shown. The concept of legal consciousness is clarified and its component composition is defined, which ensures the development of economic legal norms.
