В статье обозначена актуальность инновационной активности предприятий пищевой промышленности в современных реалиях, проанализирована динамика инновационной активности предприятий по производству продуктов питания в Российской Федерации, следует отметить, что пиковые затраты на инновационную деятельность предприятий в отрасли пищевой промышленности пришлись на 2019 г. The article outlines the relevance of innovative activity of food industry enterprises in modern realities, analyzes the dynamics of innovative activity of food production enterprises in the Russian Federation, it should be noted that the peak costs of innovative activity of enterprises in the food industry fell in 2019.
