В статье исследуются актуальные вопросы инвестиционной деятельности предприятий в условиях цифровизации общества, которая происходит с участием внедрения новых цифровых технологий и инноваций, позволяющих повышать конкурентоспособность и эффективность деятельности предприятия. Выявлено, что инновационные процессы и цифровая трансформация являются взаимосвязанными и взаимодополняющими друг с другом. Обосновано, что цифровизация является ключевым фактором в развитии предприятия и экономики в целом. The article examines current issues of investment activities of enterprises in the context of digitalization of society, which occurs with the participation of the introduction of new digital technologies and innovations that allow increasing the competitiveness and efficiency of the enterprise. It is revealed that innovation processes and digital transformation are interconnected and complementary to each other. It is substantiated that digitalization is a key factor in the development of the enterprise and the economy as a whole.
