Abstract

В статье приведены результаты исследований изменения показателей качества солода после электрообработки пивоваренного ячменя в переменном электрическом поле промышленной частоты и высокой напряженности. The article presents the results of research on changes in malt quality indicators after electrical treatment of malting barley in an alternating electric field of industrial frequency and high tension.
