Биокинетика водородного изнашивания и разрушения деталей узлов трения машин и механизмов

Abstract

При коррозионно-механическом изнашивании накопление дефектов в структуре трущихся деталей, аномально высокое насыщение зоны трения продуктами износа и коррозии, химически активными радикалами и элементами при циклическом деформировании приводит к структурному разупрочнению, разрыхлению и разрушению поверхностного слоя деталей, ох интенсивному износу. Протекание в зоне трения коррозионных процессов с выделением диффузионно-подвижного водорода способствует наводо-роживанию металла поверхностей, адсорбции водорода металлом и проникновению его внутрь материала, что вызывает зарождение и развитие водородного разрушения.
