Теоретическое обоснование мощности электропривода вальцовой плющилки-измельчителя

Abstract

В статье приведены результаты теоретических исследований мощности вальцовой плющилки-измельчителя зерна различных конструкций. По результатам исследований получены зависимости для расчета мощности плющилок-измельчителей при различных значениях скоростей и диаметров вальцов, межвальцового зазора, а также наклона плоскости, проходящей через оси вальцов к горизонтальной плоскости. Проанализированы соотношения мощностей на вальцах, вращающихся с различной скоростью, затрачиваемых на сдвиг и проскальзывание зерна.
