
В статье проведен анализ демографических условий формирования человеческих ресурсов в сельском хозяйстве Беларуси, обоснованы направления повышения эффективности использования труда в аграрном секторе путем разработки и последующей практической реализации программы работы с сельской молодежью. The article analyzes the demographic conditions of the formation of human resources in agriculture in Belarus, justifies the directions of improving the efficiency of labor use in the agricultural sector by developing and then implementing a program of work with rural youth.
