Анализ последствий интеграции аграрных рынков ЕАЭС с помощью модели частичного равновесия

Abstract

При помощи экспериментов на модели частичного равновесия выявлены проблемы углублённой интеграции аграрных рынков стран-основоположниц ЕАЭС. Рассмотренные сценарии интеграции сопряжены с риском неприемлемого ущерба для потребителей Беларуси, бюджета Казахстана и сельхозпроизводителей России. С учётом опыта ЕС предложены варианты интеграции, позволяющие контролировать риски.
