Свойства поверхности тыльных контактов для солнечных элементов на основе Al, модифицированного осаждением Мo в условиях ионного ассистирования

Abstract

Возможность использования гибких металлических подложек для осаждения солнечных фотопреобразователей на ограничены тем, что эффективность таких конструкций на несколько процентов ниже, чем на стеклянных подложках с предварительно осажденным проводящим тыльным слоем, что связано с диффузией примесей из металлических подложек и их шероховатостью. Поэтому исследование шероховатости поверхности материалов применимых для промышленной технологии производства фотоэлементов играет важную роль в повышении их эффективности и себестоимости.
