Abstract

В статье отражена специфика развития молочнопродуктового подкомплекса и молочной отрасли, выделены факторы, влияющие на развитие молочнопродуктового подкомплекса с учетом взаимодействия и оптимизации бизнес-процессов, определены типы бизнес-процессов в молочнопродуктовом подкомплексе. The article reflects the specifics of the development of the dairy subcomplex and the dairy industry, highlights the factors influencing the development of the dairy subcomplex, taking into account the interaction and optimization of business processes, identifies the types of business processes in the dairy subcomplex.
