В статье рассматриваются теоретические основы повышения экономической эффективности агропромышленных предприятий на основе диверсификации. Теоретически обоснована диверсификация как организационно-экономический процесс базисных, функциональных и структурных преобразований. The article discusses the theoretical foundations for increasing the economic efficiency of agro-industrial enterprises based on diversification.
